DIY Chalkboard Lids without Chalkboard Paint

Chalkboards are really on trend today, so i decided to make it my first DIY. :)

A two-step DIY.

IMPORTANT: Buy FLAT BLACK LATEX PAINT, to make the chalk work. :) 

Step 1: Scratch the lid using sandpaper. 

Note: Only scratch the part you're gonna paint. 

Step 2: Paint the lid. 

Note: If your lid has a dark color, paint the surface white first.

Wooo! I'm starting my blog because of Rica's. Hers is pretty awesome.

 So, for my first post,  I share some of the things I've been up to lately. 

I lalalove to paint. Though they're not that neat. :)
