Today I Ate: Banana Oatmeal Cookies

While the Graham Chocolate Chip Cookies were in the oven, I decided to try a recipe I found in Pinterest having only two ingredients: bananas and oatmeal.

Truth be told, they actually tasted pretty good!

Today I Ate: Graham Chocolate Chip Cookies

Immediately after eating breakfast today I was thinking about the Graham Crackers hanging around the shelves for quite some time now. So I took my phone and googled a recipe. The first one I saw was by Jen of Jen's Favorite Cookies which was what I referred to.

Though they don't look as yummy as Jen's, they were surely scrumptious!

Outdoors with ZEMgear

Outdoors is where I truly find happiness, as Ben Harper puts it in one of his songs, She's only happy under the sun. ♫♬♪♩It may be cliché but there's no better way to put it. Anyways, lately, I've been obsessing about this new footwear they call ZEMgear
My older sister and I were planning on losing weight and were planning on buying running shoes but were out of budget. Then we saw the ZEMgear and coincidentally I recently saw a post regarding these shoes. Without thinking twice, we bought each of us a pair and never regretted it.

The ones we bought are the ones designed for both land and water, if I'm not mistaken, they're from the APEX collection

I've been using mine for yoga, walking, jogging, running swimming, and trekking for almost  a month now. Luckily they still look new.
Honestly, I am loving them. They are very comfortable, easy to wear, wash and carry. Plus they dry quickly. I am happy they are now slowly gaining popularity because they truly are worth it. ♥

Summer 2013: Country Loving

Truly home is where the heart is. Since I came home every single day has been amazing. ♥

Life in the country surely is paradise, nothing will ever compare to this. The smell of earth and grass, the thumping of farm animals and the chirping of the birds plus the whispers of the wind ah, life is beautiful. ♥

P.S. Credits to my younger sister for the photos with me in them. :)

First College Year: School

Life in a big city was truly different from what I'm used to. Nevertheless, it was also fun.

The Physical Education course I chose was walking since it got me curious. We literally just walk around different sites and enjoy various sceneries. I gotta say, I do not regret it choosing it.

We usually chased daylight walking early in the morning (BTW, WAKING UP EARLY WAS TORTURE).

We didn't really have much activities back in my old school,  but in UP we have one almost every month!
Obviously, I enjoyed that a lot.

I easily get bored during lectures. In fact, I sleep after 15 minutes of every discussion, no kidding.

One way of keeping myself up is through doodles.
Truth be told: I have more doodles than notes.

Being an art lover, I was so stoked by the Fine Arts department! Their works are pure talent!

To sum up my first college year, it was better than I expected.

First College Year: First Times

I am such a coward but luckily my older sister takes away my fear. I finally got a tattoo, tried scuba diving and yoga! :)
